Here is "Career Readiness Sprint", a three-part activity, CV scan, mock interview and career compass, from both sides: what the student works through and what your careers team can review.

Set the activity
Choose a career-preparation challenge, set the pass thresholds, and assign it to a cohort.
Step 2
Students prepare
Students work through the activity individually, with AI guidance as they prepare their responses.
Step 3
Review the work
See who has completed the activity, who is in progress and who hasn't started, with each student's score, and send a reminder to anyone who's stalled.
Your team decides what to follow up on. The dashboard gives you participation and scores to work from, not another spreadsheet to build.

Data and privacy.

Before students are invited, your team should be able to review how YAGO handles their information. Here is what's confirmed today:

What's collected: the CV content, interview recordings and transcripts, LinkedIn profile content and career-assessment answers tied to the activities a student completes.
Who can see it: authorised staff at your institution can see participation, scores and challenge status for students in their cohort. Students see only their own work.
Who processes it: AI features are provided by Anthropic (Claude models) and OpenAI (GPT models, and Whisper for interview-audio transcription), under our standard processing terms.
Where it's hosted: the application and database run on Render.
Deletion: students and institutions can request account and data deletion at any time via the contact route below.
What isn't published yet
A complete subprocessor list, a signed DPA template and a formal security pack aren't published on this site yet. If your institution needs these before a pilot, tell us when you book a walkthrough and we'll provide what's available and flag what still needs confirming.
